Welcome to this furnished cute cottage style home in West Ashley that is centrally located and only 5-10 min from Downtown Charleston, interstate and shopping centers. It is truly all about Location, Location, Location with this property! If you want to be close to everything, this is it. ALL UTILITES INCLUDED. All utilities, wi-fi, landscaping and pest control all are included in the rent. With this rental, you may park an RV, boat and up to 6 cars on the property. Home includes all items as if it were an Air BnB. All you need to bring is in your personal items! The spacious backyard is fenced and has a large deck for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. It sleeps comfortably 6 people and pets are negotiable with a pet deposit. Spacious living room includes Fire TV (smart TV), an office desk and space for working from home and a lot of natural light. Off the living room is a hallway to a large walk in pantry that is perfect for food storage and other personal items. To the left of the living room, you will find a table that sits 6, microwave and a kitchen that includes a electric oven, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Crockpot, Keurig, toaster and regular coffee pot are available for use. A Air Fryer is also available upon request. To the right of the living room and down the hall you will run into a spacious guest bedroom w/ 2 full size beds, a large dresser, closet and mounted TV ( also with a firestick). Down the hall, a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower for you convenience. Next to the bathroom, a stackable washer/dryer is there for your use. At the end of the hallway, you will find the spacious Master Bedroom with a comfortable King Size Dream Cloud Mattress accompanied by luxury hotel pillows. Also in the Master, you will find 2 dressers and TV with a firestick. The Master Bathroom Suite is attached to the Master Bedroom and includes a large walk in shower and walk in closet. The property has a gorgeous old and very large oak tree on the back of the property where it can viewed and enjoyed from your private deck. On the deck there is seating and also table/chairs for your outdoor dining needs. Down the stairs off the deck, you will find a patio with a propane grill and a firepit for your outdoor entertaining needs. Spacious yard is also fenced in to keep children and pets safe. Month to Month, 3-6 months preferred but long term lease terms will also be considered. Utilities, pest control, internet and trash pick up are all included. Small dogs/cats preferred with a pet deposit.
