House can be rented furnished or unfurnished. House has just been remodeled. House is actually a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. However, the lower floor has not yet been remodeled and is not included in the rental as the owners use that floor for storage. The main living area consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is what is available for rent. The outbuildings are also not available for tenant use as the owner uses them for storage. Approximately 7 mi to Roanoke Rapids for shopping. If rented for a full year these are the lease terms: Water comes from a well on the property so there is no water bill. High speed internet will be available for an additional $50 a month. Streaming services are available and free for use on the TV if the property is rented furnished. The only utilities the tenant will pay is electric and propane gas. First months' rent plus a $2200 security deposit is due on signing of lease. Rental application must have your current credit report attached along with prior rental references. Credit report does not have to be perfect but must show decent credit. If rented for a 6-month period these are the lease terms: The monthly rent will increase to $2500 per month with a $2500 security deposit.
