This home will be available June 1, 2024. The rental fee of $4,100 includes all furnishings, washer/dryer linens, kitchenware, lawn care, garbage pickup, and WIFI. However, for a monthly rental fee of $4,450.00 all utilities/with caps, and a smart 55-in TV are included in the rent- saving you from the hassle of deposits and arranging electric and water services. Monthly overages on utilities will be taken from the security deposit. The property can be rented yearly, monthly, or partially monthly. It is the tenant's responsibility to have all dog/cat hairs removed from the furniture when vacating the property. If not, an upholstery cleaning fee will be charged.
