Indoor dog fee is $350, outdoor animals are allowed. $1,600 deposit and $1,600 - 1st month rent required as the first payment. Tenants will be screened prior to renting property. Renter is responsible for electric, internet, and trash service. No smoking allowed inside. The renter will be held responsible for any damages on the property. Payment is expected by the 10th of every month, a $50 late fee will be enforced. The deposit will only be refunded if there is no money owed on the year lease. Deposit money also is NOT to be used as last months rent.
