FURNISHED 5 BEDROOM HOME - Please let me know if you need an extended stay. Please let me know what your situation is and reason for needing a temporary furnished rental. Beautiful 5 bedroom - 4 bath 2400 square foot home 1.5 miles from downtown Greensboro. TV in each of 5 bedrooms plus a 60"TV in the living room and one in common area upstairs. Beds are comfy with all new memory foam mattresses. Pillows and mattresses are covered with zippered waterproof protectors which safeguard against dust mites, bedbugs, and fluids. They create no sound when in use. We have plush towels - toilet paper - unlike most hotels. Great for large family, sporting events or business trips. The house is 2400 square ft with 5 BEDROOMS and 4 FULL BATHROOMS. The property is furnished and includes Kitchen Fully Equipped - Gas Stove Fridge with Icemaker & Filtered Water Dishwasher Microwave Pans Dishes Silverware Utensils - Glasses Wine Glasses Baking Dishes Baking sheets Grater Strainer Serving Bowls Mixer - Coffee Maker Coffee Coffee Filters Tea - Blender Hot Water Pot Toaster Steamer Dish Soap Trash Bags Dish Scrubbers Kitchen Towels - Napkins Paper Towels Salt/Pepper Spices Wine Opener Cutting Boards & more. All 7 TV's are wifi with over 500 things to watch. Living room TV has an antenna for local channels. Bathrooms There are 4 bathrooms. Each is stocked with toilet paper, guest soaps, shampoo, towels, blow dryers, etc.. Laundry Washer and Dryer laundry detergent provided. Other TV Games Puzzles - FREE Internet wi-fi. Perishables - We stock toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, k-cups, coffee, Kleenex for at least 2 weeks of your stay. If you desire restocking and/or cleaning during your stay please discuss with me prior to you arrival. Dog friendly but must be disclosed before booking. Disclosure: We have a video RING doorbell. There are no other recording surveillance devices in or around the outside of the house. EXTENDED STAYS: If you need an extended stay please contact me for rates. BABY AND CHILD NEEDS: Please let me know what you need for small children and/or babies. I can provide amenities if I know ahead of time. PETS: Prior approval from me it needed.
