Each room has a different theme all the while with the comforts of home. We have a large house with a chill vibe ready for friends and family to relax in a peaceful area. There is a huge backyard, with games and areas to hang out, along with a large kitchen with all the amenities of home. The garage has been converted into a FUN ZONE with an area for darts and a ping pong table. The Shack is located 10 miles from Lake Travis and the Domain and within 5 minutes the Apple Campuses. Walking into the Bamboo Shack, you escape the outside world right away. The living room invite you to sit down and relax. Or perhaps you will head to the kitchen to prepare a lovely meal to enjoy outside or at the large table. Gather the and spend some time playing games or just enjoying your time. We have cornhole, spikeball and volleyball for some amazing challenges! On the main floor, there is a bathroom with a large shower and the bedroom has FULL sized bunk beds, a couch and a large TV to chill, game - the perfect hang out for the teenagers! We have some toys for the kids, a portable crib and high chair. We have TVs in each room, and a large one in the living room. The kitchen is wide and open, so you can have helpers work with you while you cook. Head up the stairs - There are three rooms and the master bedroom. The three rooms share a full bathroom and the master has a large shower and walk in closet. Each one is designed with a theme - the Scared Monkey room, the Bamboo Room, Drifting Surf and Peace (the master bedroom). The house is in a wonderful neighborhood - one we want to keep special, so we do not allow any functions, loud noises or parties. Please consider this before you apply. It is a wonderful space to be used as a home. All utilities responsibility of tenant. No smoking. Pet fee is $200 for cleaning at end of lease and an additional deposit of $1000 Insurance required.
