Application with a valid Driver's License 3.) $50 for a background check, other fees if a credit check is necessary 4.) Two months' worth of paystubs, good credit score, and rental history (if you do not have these documents and feel like you are an ideal tenant we are willing to work with you). 5.) Walk through the house & decide if it is a good fit for both parties. 6.) Sign the lease agreement & give a deposit (1st month's rent and deposit) NOTE: There are negotiable items such as pets, furnished rooms/home, etc. No smoking inside, or drama, please.
