The property will ONLY be shown at the open house dates listed. I cannot accommodate individual viewings at this time. Open house dates are Saturday 10/21 from 10AM-NOON and Tuesday 10/24 from 4PM-6PM. Please come to one of these dates if you wish to view the apartment. There is an online application with credit check with a $20 non-refundable fee for the credit check. Any applicant being considered must have proof of income totaling $1,800 per month. Any regular rental assistance a tenant receives will be counted toward this income requirement. Owner pays water/sewer and provides lawn mowing. Tenant is responsible for gas/electric and snow removal. One off-street parking space is provided with this apartment. No smoking and no pet dogs. A vaccinated cat is allowed.
