All furnishings are top quality: Full-size bed in the loft bedroom, Leather sofa makes a queen-size sleeper; Tiled Shower with glass doors, Stainless Steel appliances, high ceilings, granite countertops, washer/dryer, pots, pans, baking pans, lovely dishes, TV, electric fireplace, ironing board & iron, linens, coffee maker. I've stocked it with quality items that I personally would want in my home. EVERYTHING and MORE! All you need is your clothes! A private 15 x 30 covered patio overlooking a wooded lot of wisteria vines provides an additional 450 ft of outdoor living space to the total square footage. A porch swing, rocking chairs, lounge chairs, dining table & chairs, fire pit and grill are provided. This space may be used as an attached carport with plenty of space left for the covered patio. You won't be disappointed with the beautiful home. Come see for yourself! A monthly utility fee of $150.00 will be added to the $1125.00 base rental price for a monthly total price of $1275. The utilities are: electric, water/sewer, wi-fi, trash, cable, and linen service (sheets & towels). These amenities alone could easily cost $250 each month if paid by the tenant directly to each company. No smoking inside the property, but smoking is allowed on the patio. No animals are permitted. To be considered as a tenant, please provide the last 3 months' paychecks, driver's license, and references. No need to apply if you have a poor credit rating or don't qualify financially.
