The home rents for $2,795 per month with a $500 refundable deposit (6months + only) and $180 cleaning fee after your stay. All bedding is provided to include your linen requirements. The lease is a 3-12-month lease with nonsmoking policy, and only small dogs are allowed. All maintenance issue will be attended in a reasonable timeframe once called in and filters for the home are to be changed out every 3 months.
