Each person residing in the home will be listed on the lease, and no guests are allowed for more than 15 consecutive days. No animals allowed in/around premises. Quarterly maintenance by the Landlord or Property Manager for landscaping/air filter replacement/pest management will be necessary for tenant to grant quick access. Prospective tenants agree to pay for background checks. Absolutely no business to be conducted from/around the premises in terms of people arriving/leaving frequently (lash artists, nail technicians, massage therapy, sales, services, etc.) however a home office is permitted.
