This 3 bedroom 1 bath home is located in southwest Topeka just up the street from the Walmart on 37th st. There is easy access to 470 highway. The home's windows have been replaced and it has a newer central heat and AC and is well insulated for cheaper utility bills. You can check with the utility companies for the recent monthly average. The master bedroom has a walk in closet the second bedroom has two closets, and the third bedroom has one. There is a fenced yard and a storage shed, as well as a covered back patio. The kitchen has a smooth top electric range and a dishwasher. You will need to provide your own refrigerator. There is a small laundry room with washer and dryer hookups. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with a small increase in the rent and a refundable pet deposit. We do our best to be exceptional landlords and we are happy to let you speak with the previous tenants of the property. We are looking for exceptional tenants who know how to take care of a home as if it was their own. This house has no basement. We do not currently accept section 8.
