The house is a side by side duplex with both units having a second floor. The tenants have their own private (2)bedrooms, kitchen, washer and dryer hookups, living room, and bathroom. The back yard, back patio and back deck are all shared. The apartment is fully furnished and we are looking to keep it that way as we want to put it on air bnb from spring to late fall. The availability dates are November 1st, 2023 until May 1st, 2023 this is only a 6 month rental. We can discuss a year long rental when the time comes. Renter is responsible for their own electric and gas. Tenant can place up to two bags of trash with our trash out front. The tenant will be responsible for their own wifi. The apartment will remain furnished with the furniture that is already there. The renter can replace furniture but will need to communicate with us before moving things. This apartment is only available for 5 months from. January 1st, 2023 until May 1st, 2023. Short term rentals welcome as well. 1 month minimum.
