Merwin Street, Jewett. The house is furnished as shown but furnishings can be removed if you have your own. It can be rented by the month for the upcoming ski season only , or on an annual basis. If renting for the ski season, it is available from December 15 through March 31st at the rate of $3,900 per month WITH ALL UTILITIES INCUDED (heat, electric ,wi-fi, and driveway plowing). If rented annually the rent would be $2,200 per month with the tenant taking over the utilities. The house is located in very pretty countryside . Located 7 minutes to Windham Mountain, 15 minutes to Hunter Mountain. The house is fully stocked and has a washer and dryer. The immediate area has varied Mountain scenery. The house itself is situated in a secluded wooded setting. A quarter mile away the scenery changes dramatically to open fields with fantastic mountain vistas, as shown in attached photos. Sleeping is for six people. There's also a cot for a 7th person if needed. All bedrooms have brand new platform beds with brand new memory foam mattresses. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other two bedrooms each have two twin XL size beds situated on identical platform bed frames which can be kept separate, or pushed together to make one larger bed, as shown in the photos. The living room/ dining room / kitchen area has an open spacious layout with cathedral ceilings. There is a huge rear deck for entertaining. A well behaved dog is allowed. A cat would be allowed if declawed. NO SMOKING. Security deposit of $1,000 if winter Season Rental. Deposit of $2,200 if rented annually. NO SMOKING.
