This 2 story house has 3 bedrooms, 4 baths a combination living room/dining room and partially finished basement. The 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor along with 2 baths. The upper level has an alcove designed for a stackable washer and dryer. The main floor consists of the kitchen, living/dining room combo, and half bath. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The basement is about half finished with bathroom with a shower and the remaining unfinished portion being storage and having washer and dryer hook ups. There is a triple wide driveway leading to a 2 car garage. The backyard is fully fenced and has a deck, patio, and walkout basement. Laundry hookups available on both the 2nd floor and the basement, but washer and dryer are not included. I will only do showings for people with approved applications. No smoking inside. Initial term is a 1 year lease, going to month to month after. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard. Stackable washer and dryer on 2nd floor are staying, but it is the responsibility of the tenant to do all maintenance and repairs on them. Pets are allowed but require a fee of $30 per month per pet plus an additional $600 pet cleaning fee.
