It's a furnished rental, since it's our home: we're looking for responsible tenants for one year while we are on sabbatical. Residents are sensitive to environmental allergens so the house is pet-free, smoke-free, kept clear of pollen, mold, etc. About 12 mins' drive from Bard College campus, 10 mins to Rhinebeck, and 15 mins to Amtrak. Located on a quiet, country road, lovely for walking, jogging, and biking. Listed price includes high speed Internet, Verizon Network Extender (for better quality phone calls), and weekly curbside trash and recycling pickup. Does not include propane heating or electricity (typically approximately $400/month). No smoking or pets.
