Located in Morristown MN, you are a 10 minute drive from Fairbault MN and 45 minutes from the Twin Cities! Morristown is a wonderful little town with much charm to offer! We do have a manager in the community with set office hours and are happy to assist in any way possible. All tenants living in our community do have to be approved via background and credit check prior to moving in. Pet friendly, all pets must be approved by management. $300 pet deposit (refundable upon move out) and $15/mo pet rent. Lot rent is included in the $1100/mo. All utilities are the tenants responsibility to pay. Water, sewer, and trash is billed through the community to the tenant. Utilities do need to be transferred into tenants name prior to move in. Application process includes a background and credit check. Evictions within the last 3 years will be an automatic denial through the system. Smoking is NOT permitted in our homes. Two off street parking spots are available for each home in the community. All pets must be approved prior to move in and up to date on vaccinations. Dogs must be leashed if outside. Dogs are not permitted to be outside unless owners are home. Application fee is $25/person 18+. Anyone 18+ must be approved to live in our community.
