Black Walnut Cottage is a fully-furnished, pet friendly, monthly rental (30-180 days) with dedicated office space, plenty of parking, and all utilities included. Our home is in a suburban area just south of Greenville, SC in the Powdersville area/highly sought after Wren School district, and very convenient to I-85, Powdersville, and downtown Greenville. The cottage has been completely renovated Summer of 2023 with brand new everything top to bottom. It is a cozy, comfortable 2/1 home only 4 minutes (2 miles) from I-85, 7 minutes (4 miles) from Powdersville, and 15 minutes (11 miles) to Downtown Greenville. Because of our proximity to I-85, everything is very easy to get to. The large front porch, complete with rocking chairs, welcomes you to this sweet, little oasis of a home. The porch is the perfect spot to sit a spell and enjoy the evening breeze. Upon entering the home, you will find the living room with comfortable sofa, 2 chairs, soft rug under foot, and smart TV. The spacious principal bedroom, just off the living room, has a king bed, smart TV, and room darkening curtains. There is a closet and dresser. From the living room, you will pass into the eat-in kitchen with brand new cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new LVP flooring, lighting, etc. It is spacious enough for a table and chairs and is fully equipped for cooking and baking. Off the kitchen is the secondary bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV, chair, closet, and dresser. Then passing from the kitchen, you will step down into the office/mud room, off of which is the bathroom to one side and the laundry room to the other. The bathroom has brand new everything - toilet, tub, and vanity with granite countertops. We are pet friendly with a $250 pet fee ($100 per additional pet). Welcome to your home away from home!
