SHORT TERM RENTAL, AVAILABLE BETWEEN DECEMBER 2023 AND JUNE 2024. This is a lovely 2 story 1800 square foot home with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a basement. UTILITIES included. The property has central air/heat, a washer and dryer, an outdoor area, and a security system. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood only 2 blocks from the wonderful shops/boutiques and restaurants of Passyunk Avenue in the South Philadelphia section of the city. The house is located less than a block from the subway and bus which offers a less than 10 minute commute to center city. Parking is on street and requires a permit (available from the city). There is a third bedroom which will not be available as it is a locked storage area. We are medical travelers and are glad to offer a welcoming comfortable stay for your visit, especially to fellow medical travelers! Gas, Electric, Water, Verizon Fios Internet & Basic Cable are included in monthly rent with a total cap limited to $490/month (no renter has exceeded this in the past). No smoking. Rental dates can be flexible. Tenant screening done by KeyCheck.
