The house is located off Edmonston Road leading from downtown Baltimore City to Columbia, Maryland. The owner pays for the city water and the house alarm monitoring monthly bills on behalf of the tenant and the tenant must be reimbursed in the monthly rent. The renter is responsible for the house's monthly gas and electric bill usage in his/her name. Last month's rent is due at signing. Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house. I would prefer a candidate with strong employment and rental records and no criminal background for a long-term renter.
