Patterson Park is an oasis and re-energizing center to the Charm City of Baltimore. Patterson Park has been running and walking trails, softball/soccer/turf fields, tennis/basketball courts, dog park, an ice skating rink, an outdoor pool, and even more! This beautiful two bedroom house was previously lived in by my artist wife for 15 years, and has many loving touches such as stained glass in every room. When you walk in the house the living room greets you with oak floors and lots of natural light. The street is a unique, quaint treat in Baltimore, and has a brick roadway with lights strung across the top of the street by Patterson Park. The neighbors have amazing sidewalk/stoop gardens and from the front door you can see Patterson Park.
