Fully Furnished with new mattresses, and all new appliances ~ Conveniently located in Phippsburg, Maine~ Close to Midcoast Hospital, BIW, 12 miles to the beautiful Popham Beach, 8 miles to the Sebasco Resort Golf Course, 3 miles to the town of Bath, a great home base for exploring other coastal towns such as Boothbay, Harpswell, & Wiscasset ! ~ The home is heated and air conditioned, there is one monitor heater on the main floor, electric heaters on second floor for bedrooms - heated the home sufficiently last winter during construction, and will accommodate up to 4 people~ As you enter the home, you will walk into the open floor space, living room first, dining area, and kitchen~ There is a half-bath with laundry room on the first floor as well. The kitchen is fully equipped, also with all new appliances. The second floor presents the 2 bedrooms, both with air conditioning, each with a queen size bed, as well as the full bathroom. Outside, we have a covered area with chairs and a basketball hoop ~ out back, we have a firepit area ~ Phippsburg is home of the most beautiful stretch of beach in Maine, called Popham Beach State Park! Be sure to check out Fort Popham and Fort Baldwin State Historical Sites as well ! The Beach also offers Spinney's Restaurant ~ It's a must see for sure ! There are also hiking trails, such as Bates Morse Mountain Conservation, Hermit Island, & Wilbur Preserve at Cox's Head. If you enjoy golf, Sebasco Harbor is just down the road ! Spend the Day on the Water at Abkenoc Guiding and Adventure Learning, or journey to surrounding towns, such as Georgetown, Bath, Wiscasset, Boothbay or Harpswell ! Freeport (home of the famous LL Bean) and Portland are also a short drive away! Managed by Coastal Connections Property Management ~ $1900 per month, includes internet and plowing. Tenant is responsible for Electricity, Heat (Propane heat) mowing, and trash removal. Sorry, no pets. No smoking. Must fill out application, and have a signed lease with managing agent.
