When the sun goes down, the whole family can retreat to their bedrooms, with one playroom/bedroom on the first floor with a twin pull out couch, and the other bedrooms on the second floor, one with a twin bed overlooking the ocean, another with a queen bed with large windows to enjoy the views, another bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with a full bed. Also on the second floor is a spacious full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a double vanity. Frostfish Cove is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Maine Street, Brunswick, offering a variety of local restaurants and shops, easy access to coastal RT 1 to explore Freeport and Portland areas, and many Bowdoin College activities. For those who wish to explore the outdoors in Harpswell, Frostfish Cove is close to a few hiking trails, including the "Wilson's Cove" and "Cliff" trails. Current Availability: February 1st through May 12th (home is ONLY available for the Winter and is NOT a year-round rental) Rent: $2750/month INCLUDING utilities Deposit Required: We collect first and last month's rent, as well as a security deposit (equal to one month's rent).
