This cozy, single story home is perfect for 2-4 guests that prefer the privacy of a Single Family Home and a spacious backyard. You'll enjoy many amenities such as a fully fenced, 1/2 acre backyard, laundry room, outdoor fire pit, 2 Smart TV's, custom dining table with seating for 4, and a fully stocked kitchen. Each bedroom features a Queen bed with luxury linens, premium towels, and blankets. The bedrooms each have a large closet and one room has a mounted Smart TV. Our home is pet & kid friendly. We have everything you need to enjoy an Easy Stay! COVID-19 SANITIZATION Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. PETS ALLOWED This is a pet friendly home. We do a full allergen cleaning upon checkout, after each guest. Please note there is a $100 pet fee per pet, per stay. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $1000 fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. This property is located in Warren, a clean & safe city. It is conveniently located near the 696 expressway, allowing quick access by vehicle anywhere in Metro Detroit. It is famously known to be '15 min from everything'.
