This 1 of a kind RV and Boat friendly home, it is impeccably decorated as well as move in ready fully furnished. The home is almost brand new, it was finished 6/15/2023. It will be offered starting 1/1/2024 at least thru 3/30/2024 possibly slightly longer. This home features 10' ceilings thru-out and a livable finished garage making the home feel like a 5,000 sq ft home with dual AC units in the garage with a 14' garage door entry and epoxy floors through out. The garage has its own TV family room area as well. Less than 1% of the homes in Lake Havasu can accommodate 2 RV's with boats connected (yes 2) side by side with the Double RV garage which is 2700 sq. Ft. A run of up to 86' can possibly be negotiated-into the rental if needed. Don't worry, If you have boat and or RV storage needs, you will likely take priority if you are renting our home out, we are ideally looking for repeat winter renters if possible. Snowbirds! We are looking for several families who would be interested in weekly Summer rentals for this summer right now, the home which could likely accommodate 2 families is $450 per night for a 7 day rental. One of the bedrooms is actually almost free standing (attached to the garage) is a Casita. The Casita can be negotiated "out" of the home rental if requested as well. Again, the garage is really an extension of the house. This is over a million dollar new home, so needless to say we are going to be looking for a really solid quality fit/family that we are hoping to work with for many years. This home is in a gated community near Lowes on the north side of town. There is also commercial ice maker in the garage for summer time needs. Again, We will have several week long rentals available starting 5/1/2024 thru 10/1/2024. Where can two families rent a more than stylish million dollar home for not much more than a hotel with almost 5000SQ ft. between a 2600 sq. ft. home and a very usable finished garage with a commercial Ice maker with dual AC's which is 2700sq ft. ? Renters will need to be qualified and quality. Were looking for the perfect renters. We are open to year round storage options conversations for your boats and or RV's as well. A FEW housekeeping items: Non smoking home inside. * The garage will need to be accessed from time to time with the owners of the other boat or boats inside. The home occupants will be notified of all comings and goings in advance. Parking for 1 or possibly 2 boats can likely be arranged for weekly renters inside $500 security deposit per dog may be requested. $150 a month cleaning service will need to access the home monthly or for weekly rentals this will insure our new home is being well taken car of.
