All utilities are covered by rent including gas, electric, water, garbage pickup, and even internet! There is a basement apartment with tenants so you will have neighbors below but the areas are completely separate and we've had no noise issues everyone keeps to themselves and are very respectful. Your unit is the main house (first and second floors) Also laundry is free downstairs, no coins! Tenants are responsible for mowing the small yard in front and a mower is provided for you in the utility room in the basement. Feel free to use and enjoy the yard for grilling etc. I am buying and moving to a new property and my lender needs to see a signed lease and first payment for this property prior to me closing on the new place December 1st. Once you sign the lease I will need a check for first months rent and then you can move in 12/15/23 or potentially sooner.
