Washer/dryer can be removed if you have your own. -The home has a brand new water heat, furnace, and air conditioner. The heat and hot water are gas (Columbia Gas). -Large fenced in backyard with a large covered porch. -Hardwood floors throughout. Showings will only be scheduled after a qualified application is received.
