If you are already in the home and don't currently have a pet but decide you would like to have a pet, BEFORE attaining a pet the following three things would have to be taken care of: 1) a revised lease would have to be signed; 2) $500.00 pet deposit of which $250.00 would be non-refundable would have to be paid; 3) a pet rent of $35.00 per month per pet would have to be paid. After attaining the pet, the pet would have to be registered on Pet Screening by going to the following website https pmmanagement.petscreening.com/ which is Property Management by PMM Inc's landing page. . 1 year lease. A discounted rent of $1,500.00 is offered if payment is made before 11:59pm on the 1st day of the month. Rent paid between the 2nd day of the month and the end of the 5th day of the month is no longer discounted; making the rent amount $1,550.00. Deposit as long as credit is good is $1,550.00. Required gross income and this may be combined gross income is $1,320.00 per week or $2,640.00 bi-weekly or $4,950.00 monthly or $59,400.00 annually.
