Property can be rented 2 ways First as the entire property- 10 acres backing up to Forest Service land including one log cabin 624 sq ft with one studio bedroom and a loft with 2 twin beds , and two 200 sq ft domes that are set up with a queen bed, full bath , and small kitchen space each. The appliances are all new throughout the property. The cabin and domes are furnished and do include kitchen utensils and cookware. Cabin has a wood burning stove, and plenty of firewood already split. $2100 a month + utilities. The second option would be to rent out the cabin only. this option would be $1650 + utilities. Rental timeframe would be Nov 1st - May 31st Owners do not live onsite . There is no smoking allowed inside the buildings. Pets may be allowed on a case by case basis and would need to be approved by landlord with a separate pet fee associated.
