Stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer included. Refridgerator not included. Renter is responsible for refridgerator, dishwasher repair, all utilities & yard maintenance. Total to move in: $3,355.00 (1st mo rent + deposit+ last month's rent + non-refundable administrative fee for successful applicant). Pets Unless management provides written approval, no more than three (2) pets are allowed in the home. Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable pet fee of $300, per each pet; and where applicable, monthly pet rent of $30 per pet in the home. Unless deemed restricted by local city or county ordinance, pets are allowed. Restricted breeds include Akita, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, Belgian Malinois, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Bergamasco Shepard, Causasian Shepard, Alaskan Malemuite, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf, or any mix of the listed breeds. Dangerous or poisonous animals are not permitted as a pet. Fish tanks are limited to 20 gallons. No pet fee or pet rent is required for fish. Assistive Animals for persons with disabilities are not considered to be pets and are not subject to the pet restrictions bestowed in this section.
