The upstairs primary bedroom with king bed is fully carpeted and has a wall-mounted 55" 4K smart TV opposite the bed with two large nightstands, a ceiling fan, large windows with shutters overlooking the large landscaped and very private rear yard, a large walk-in closet and a large, light-filled bathroom with double sinks, separate shower, a large built-in tub, and an enclosed WC. The upstairs guest room with queen bed is fully carpeted and has large windows with shutters overlooking the front landscaping, a ceiling fan, a large closet with mirrored sliding doors, and an ensuite bathroom with tile floor, toilet and shower over a tub. Guest will pay for any desired streaming apps (other than YouTubeTV), water and sewer, gas and electricity use, and waste removal service during the rental period. Services for which Guest is responsible will be billed monthly upon Owner's receipt of the pertinent bills or, if unpaid, deducted from the deposit after lease termination. Owner shall return the deposit less any deductions after the property has been inspected and cleaned and not later than thirty (30) days after receipt of all pertinent bills including any related to damage repair. Pets, especially small dogs, are okay with Owner's prior agreement.
