Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath custom built home on 1 acre landscaped property in Hawaiian Paradise Park off Kaloli Drive (between Pahoa and Keaau.) The house has a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area, as well as a washer/dryer and on-site parking. It is a duplex with other renter who shares a wall. Everything is private except for the shared laundry area. This was previously a vacation rental with many 5 star reviews of the house and landlord. Rent is $2,000 a month plus utilities. Cable TV & Internet included. The house is on water catchment with a large water tank so renters only need to purchase water during a drought if they don't conserve enough water. Hawaii State tax already included in price. Looking for a renter with a minimum stay of 6 months, longer is even better. Small pets are allowed with additional pet security deposit. One month security deposit required upon lease signing. I have nicer photos of the place listed on Craigslist but they wont upload here on Zillow because of the smaller file size. Renter pays for electricity and water (it is catchment so only pay refill when needed - during long droughts.) Landlord will pay for cable TV and internet. No smoking allowed indoors.
