Application required prior to in-person tour. Laundry hook ups, walk in closet, deposit is $800, rent is $425 every two weeks. Small dogs allowed (less than 40 lbs, $500 pet fee). Pest control monthly (paid by landlord). Yardwork every two weeks during summer months (paid by landlord) Renter responsible for utilities and garbage service. No more than 4 renters allowed. Small dogs (under 40 lbs) allowed, requires $500 non-refundable pet fee. No smoking allowed. $800 deposit. Rent ($425) is paid every two weeks. All cars on the property must be operational and have to be tagged. Any untagged cars will be towed in 30 days. Must be quiet and respectful of the property, neighbors, and the neighborhood.
