This is an ideal location for working remotely but need to travel to the main office on occasion, the home is only 5 minutes from the regional airport. Freshly painted interior and exterior. There is hardwood flooring throughout the lower level of the house and new carpeting upstairs. There is a large fenced in backyard with dog door access through the garage to the backyard. The backyard deck is accessed by the french doors in the living room that has great western views. The home has natural gas forced air heating. The landlord does not live on-site. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the house. This is a six month or one year lease. First, last and deposit are due upon signing the lease. The house comes semi-furnished. However, furniture can be removed. Renter is responsible to pay all utilities, internet and cable/satellite tv. Renter is required to keep the house, bathrooms and kitchen clean at all times. Park on the driveway and in the garage only. Nothing is allowed to be parked on the lawn due to the sprinkler system. Renter is responsible for lawn care and snow removal. The lawn must be kept well manicured on a weekly basis due to the town's ordinances. The deck and railing must be kept clear of snow at all times. Renter is responsible for repairing any damage they cause to the house and appliances. Pets are allowed but limited to two dogs max. Renter is required to pick up all dog poo.
