The woodstove in the living room is not practical for primary heat, but nice to have for a cozy winter evening. Covered woodshed accessed from the living room. Firewood is not included but can be arranged for by the owner. Heat and Air conditioning via Mini Splits, also a Monitor Stove on site. Plow service is provided but you must shovel sidewalk/steps to parking area and around your vehicle, if it snows. No smoking of any substance on property. No Pets as they interfere with the wildlife on the pond.
