This is a beautiful 4 bedroom, two-story house with 3 full bathrooms. There is a room downstairs and the other 3 bedrooms are located upstairs.There is a living room and a formal dining room downstairs with a fully updated kitchen with all new appliances. The house has 3 car garage and there there many parking spaces available in front of the house on public road. There are a tone of natural lights coming into the house and the high ceilings with fans are just amazing. There is central heating and cooling system in the house and a fireplace for cold days. Laundry is already equipped with brand new washer and dryer appliances and the backyard is very well maintained and taken care of. Tenant is responsible for the water, gas, and electric. First and last month's rent plus deposit is due at signing. No pets are allowed and tenants are responsible for any damages caused to the property. To qualify you will need good credit (680 or above) - 2 years favorable rental history or home ownership - Make 3 times the rent in gross income. - No Bankruptcy/Collections.- One year minimum lease, extension available- No prior evictions or unlawful detainer filings, no late pay. - No smoking inside the house, no sublease - Last 2 months of paystubs (If paid weekly , submit last 8 paystubs, if paid bi-weekly or semi-monthly, submit last 4 paystubs) OR if self-employed, submit Schedule 1040 of last 2 years of Federal tax returns and a 6 months consolidated income statement. The following protocols will be enforced as conditions to enter this property:- No person may enter the property if they have been diagnosed with COVID-19, have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or have any symptoms of COVID-19 including cough, fever, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or recent loss of taste or smell. All Clients are recommended to wear a face mask-Maintain physical distancing of at least 6 feet between employees and clients - All Clients must use hand sanitizer before entering the property or wash hands upon entering - Refrain from touching any surface in the home.
