This is a newly renovated house from top to bottom, it has a new furnace, stove, refrigerator, hot water tank, and many other amenities. It is less than a mile away from the highway of 80/94. We are looking for long-term tenants instead of a one-year lease. Then moving back to Illinois so you can keep your voucher. Please do not bring any roaches, mice, or bed bugs. We are very strict landlords; we do not play games so please do not waste our time. If you are having trouble controlling your children and putting things down in the toilet, then this is not the property for you. We do stick strictly with the contract; we do not want any tenants that have additional people living on the property that are not on the lease. And Section 8 is welcomed, in addition Section 8 is preferred. As a landlord we do not take two to three weeks to fix a problem we are on it immediately, because in our eyesight if you are paying as you should be, then you should not have any problems.
