Fully furnished cozy cabin in downtown Evergreen with hundreds of 5-star reviews on Airbnb! Detached guest house walking distance from the lake and all the boutique shops/restaurants in town. Fully renovated in 2016, including a gas fireplace, heated floors in the bathroom and an eat-in kitchen with granite countertops. Windows and blinds all replaced in 2022. Brand new washer/dryer installed in October 2023. Rustic wood look laminate flooring downstairs, and carpet upstairs in bedroom. Fully furnished as you see in the photos. The cabin is 800 square feet. Great long term rental for 1 person looking to spend more time in the mountains. Only 5 minutes from Three Sisters/Aldefer Park, 15 minutes to Maxwell Falls trailhead, 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater, 35 minutes to downtown Denver, 45 minutes to Loveland Ski Resort, and 1 hour 20 minutes to Vail Ski Resort. Utilities are NOT included (wi-fi, electricity, gas, water) and are an extra $350 per month. The cabin is on a cistern which is 1,350 gallons and will be full the day your lease begins. If you need an additional water delivery before the next month's delivery is scheduled it is an extra $210 (per delivery) which can be paid directly to the water delivery service. 1,350 gallons is perfectly adequate for one person for one month's water usage, so if you have two people in the cabin you will likely need a water delivery every 2 weeks (the first delivery will be included in your utility fee, the second would be your responsibility). 12-month lease with option to extend monthly with one month notice of extension request. Brand new washer/dryer! Utilities are not included and are an extra $350 per month. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE CABIN OR YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. During the snowy Winter months renter will need to shovel the steps outside of the cabin whenever there is snow accumulation. Renter is responsible for keeping cabin interior clean. Local house cleaners can be arranged to come periodically at renter's expense. They usually charge $75-120 for a standard cleaning.
