This is a great single family home in Urbana with quick access to the college-town, nearby parks, and the Urbana middle school as well as high school. The house is two floors, with 3 bds and 1br. There is a spacious basement for storage, a backyard with a small patio and fire pit, and a two car garage. The roof has been newly replaced and more minor improvements have been planned to complete. Amenities include: washer and dryer, dishwasher and oven, a/c and heating, and wifi. Utilities are not included within rent and will be charged monthly. Cats and Dogs are allowed. There is a dining room in the house that could also be used as a fourth bedroom. The house will not be rented out fully furnished. The lease will be for a year starting in May 2024. There will be a security deposit equivalent to the first month's rent. All utilities are managed by the owner and renters are expected to pay for electric, gas, water, and wifi bills. The owner pays for all other utilities. One or two small pets are allowed. Smoking within the house is not allowed. Parking on the street is free during the day, and the garage can fit two cars. The driveway is shared so renters are expected to keep the shared portion clear of cars. If any issues arise during the renters' stay they are expected to contact the owner immediately to get them resolved as soon as possible. Renters are expected to keep the house in good condition.
