The Llama Lodge is set in the picturesque location of Glen Ellen, which is also known as Jack London's hometown. Truly in the heart of wine country, the cottage is a quick 5 minutes from either downtown Glen Ellen or Kenwood, a short fifteen minutes to the historic Sonoma Plaza, and within a ten-mile radius of world-renowned wineries, restaurants, and tasting rooms. Santa Rosa is accessed by scenic highway 12 to the West and Sonoma to the East. This spacious and comfortable one bedroom, one bath cottage has vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light. The loft-like feel is open and inviting with numerous windows to welcome the outdoors in. The cozy living room offers a comfortable double-sized sofa bed for two, a reading chair, and a wall-hung smart TV. The Dining area seats 4 comfortably. The newly added kitchen offers a small fridge, gas oven and range. When you are ready to rest for the evening, the bedroom of the Llama Lodge has a comfortable queen-sized bed, is equipped with an ensuite bath, and has views of our resident llama family Knit, Pearl and baby Tink. The newly built, private deck faces the llama pasture and has stunning sunset views over the hillside, perfect for your morning coffee or glass of wine at dusk. Min 12 month lease 2 person max. No subletting Owner pays for water, propane, electric and garbage. Owner pays for monthly cleaning. Propane furnace. Renter pays Comcast TV and Wifi.
