Early Lease Termination Clause: 1) Tenant will have to pay 2 months rent as penalty to Landlord. Other Lease Terms: 1) Renter is expected to leave the home is the similar condition the home was in when they moved in at the end of the lease if they choose not to renew (normal wear and tear is okay). Availability Details: 1) Property will be available for rent starting Jan 1st 2024.
