I just renovated the inside of the house. - Brand new vinyl floors - New walk in showers and vanities - New Kitchen Cabinets and Dishwasher - 5 minutes from Minutes from Elementary School - Renter is responsible for Utilities. - The Garage is not being rented out with the house. - No Smoking in the House - Only the tenants listed in the contracted are allowed to reside at the property. - Renter must mow the lawn (Front and back yard) and is not allowed to disconnect the automatic sprinkler system. If Renter does not wish to mow the lawn (front and back yard), renter can pay in addition to the monthly rent to have the lawn mowed. - TENANT shall be responsible for the cleaning or repair to any plumbing fixture where a stoppage has occurred. - TENANT shall also be responsible for repair or replacement of the garbage disposal where the cause has been a result of bones, grease, pits, or any other item that normally causes blockage of the mechanism. -If LANDLORD, with written consent, allows for additional persons to occupy the premises, the rent shall be increased by $ 900 for each such person. - Any person staying 3 days cumulative or longer, without the LANDLORD'S written consent, shall be considered as occupying the premises in violation of this agreement.
