Plenty of basement storage. application fee $50 required for credit/background check Lease minimum of 6 months and then can convert to month to month Pet deposit required, non refundable pet cleaning required. No smoking allowed inside. Renters must be immediate family members, no sublets allowed. First month/last month and security required + $50 application fee.
