You are also a quick 9-minute drive to downtown Colorado Springs, as well as, 2 major hospitals. Enjoy the Old World charm of this great cottage. This home is about 650 sq/ft, with 1 bedroom with a Queen bed and an extra roll-away if you should need extra sleeping space. There is also a desk/work space available in the bedroom. The kitchen a small but mighty, stocked with everything you need to cook up some meals at home. Relax in the living room and watch a movie on the large Smart TV or just kick back and relax. Outside is a nice sitting area as well as a propane BBQ grill. There are lots of established trees providing a relaxing environment and plenty of shade! If you're bringing your furry friend, there is even a large dog run that your pup can access from the doggy door in the house.
