This home comes with a PROFESSIONAL BONDED, LICENSED AND INSURED maid service once a month! There are no pets or animals allowed IN THE HOME, NOT EVEN AS A 'VISITING' BASIS, as the owner is allergic to animals and would not be able to come and inspect, nor fix anything should there ever be any issues. The home comes furnished and we would like for the PEOPLE that are interested in renting, to sign a rent to own with the large enough down payment of 30k. EVERY PERSON THAT WILL BE LIVING IN THE HOME MUST FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. THERE ARE ONLY TWO CARS ALLOWED TO BE PARKED THERE DURING THE LEASE. We do have a seperate parking area for $100/month to store any more vehicles. Renter is responsible for water, sewer, garbage electric, internet unless you are renting during high season ONLY with it furnished, then it is electric up to $200/month and anything over that you will be charged. same with water, first $60, is included. After that, you will be charged. every month. NO pets allowed unless you pay non refundable DEPOSIT $2000 for EACH animal over 30 pounds. LANDLORD IS ALLREGIC TO ANIMALS. THERE IS A MONTHLY MAID SERVICE THAT WE PAY THAT is licensed, insured and bonded.
