The Ocala Preserve is a beautiful guard-gated adult community in the golden NW area of Ocala near the World Equestrian Center. It has the newest and best in amenities - miles of walking and biking trails, huge outdoor pool, golf, tennis, pickle ball, fitness center, spa, restaurant and a lake where you can catch fish or row a boat! This home is located near the end of a cul-de-sac so traffic is minimal. Home is in a 55+ section of the Ocala Preserve so one renter on the rental agreement must meet that requirement. Internet service, lawn care, garbage removal, and Club access are included in rent. No RV or commercial vehicles are permitted unless they fit in the garage. Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the property. No pets is preferable but a small dog may considered. The pet policy is strict and fees apply. Application and background check required as is approval by the community association. First and last month's rent and security deposit required. $250 non-refundable cleaning fee. Bedding and towels may be included for a one-time fee. THE RENT LISTED IS FOR AN ANNUAL TERM. Terms less than that may be considered but the rental rate will not be the same.
