Located just 2.7 miles from Scott AFB & 4 miles from St. Elizabeth's, this home is walking distance from Shiloh Elemenary School. You can also walk down the street for brunch at June's Breakfast + Patio. Great for corporate housing, visiting professionals, PCSing families, and anyone who enjoys an attractive outdoor space along with comfortable living and sleeping areas. 60 day minimum stay. 1 month rent paid to reserve property ($4,500). 2nd month rent + refundable security deposit required before move-in ($6,000) + $100 non-refundable pet fee per dog. Reservations for future months must be paid 30 days in advance, or property will be listed as available on booking platforms. Cancellation: 30 days notice - 100% refund of pre-paid rent for cancelled period. 14-29 days notice - 50% refund of pre-paid rent for cancelled period. No smoking or vaping 3 dogs max. Dogs must always be leashed outdoors. Yard is unfenced. No cats. House has garage, carport, and 1-2 cars can park in driveway behind garage. Absolutely no street parking by tenant or by their guests. Christmas tree farm is not part of this property and you may not tresspass there.
