Michael's, Shore Shack, Shore Dogs, Outlaw BBQ and many more, all of which are within 2-2.5 miles! Buster's is within walking distance! This home is just a 5 minute walk to the beach, being just 2 blocks away, and it is just 3 blocks from the bay and access to launch your boat. The driveway is plenty long to bring your boat, motorcycle trailers, etc. All utilities {with a cap} and home furnishings are included in the price. This is a mid term rental home that is owner managed and meticulously maintained, available month to month. Our fully furnished mid-stay rentals are perfect for traveling nurses, military professionals and people moving to town that need to find more long term accommodations. Since this is a 2 bedroom, it is perfect for traveling professionals to share and split the cost, however, both applicants must be approved. No sub-leasing is allowed. This is a drug free and smoke free home. Free parking on driveway. This home has a max occupancy of 4 guests. Owner maintains yard bi-weekly and includes monthly cleanings in the cost of your stay.
