Ultilities are $200 per month (water, electricity, gas, sewer, garbage), plus $100 for gigabit ethernet and streaming. Parking is readily available on the street (1 stall in garage could be possible). No smoking in the house or on the property. No pets. No infants or toddlers as the house has stairs and a fireplace. Please note that the house is the much larger side of a duplex (both sides wholly owned by owner), separated by a very quiet, double sound wall. Owner will pay for a gardener who will take care of the yards and gardens. Lease can be from 6 months to 1 year. House is completely furnished. To have an unfurnished house would require a 1 year lease. Tenet is responsible for housekeeping/cleaning the house, and basic maintenance such as light-bulbs, etc.
