Beach Side cottage available for long term rent just two blocks from the ocean in Daytona Beach! This open concept cottage has been completely updated. The living room is bright and airy and the kitchen has all new cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bathroom has been completely redone and has a waterfall shower, new vanity with granite countertop and washer/dryer. There is a driveway parking spot in front of the cottage. The cottage will be available in November 1, 2023. We are looking for serious tenants (single person or a couple) that will maintain and upkeep the cottage. Background check, credit check and employment verification are required. No smoking and no pets. The monthly rent is $1400. The tenant is responsible for electric, water, cable, and lawn maintenance. A $1400 security deposit and first month rent will be required at the signing of the lease. The lease will be month-to-month but this is long term as long as the tenant pays on time. Tenant will also be required to maintain renters insurance.
